Laser cut gates, railings and facade screens
Pattern panels for exteriors: main gate infill, compound wall panels, balcony railing infill, facade cladding, pergola and canopy screens. Cut from MS, aluminium or stainless to the architect's file.

Exterior work we cut
- Gate panels: single or double main gates with a laser-cut infill welded into the frame by your fabricator. 3 to 4 mm MS, primed or powder coated.
- Railing infill: balcony, terrace and staircase railing panels in 2 to 3 mm, replacing glass or plain grille.
- Facade cladding: perforated or patterned screens in 2 to 3 mm aluminium for sun shading and the building's identity.
- Pergola, canopy and car porch panels that throw a moving shadow pattern.
- Compound wall and garden panels, planter screens and signage walls.

Choosing the metal for outdoors
Aluminium is the first choice for facades: it never rusts, weighs a third of steel, and powder coat or PVDF lasts for years. Mild steel is the economical choice for gates and railings where strength matters; it must be primed and powder coated or painted. Stainless steel 304 for coastal or premium work. Corten weathering steel gives a natural rust finish for garden walls and signage. Our materials guide has the thickness limits.
Working with architects and contractors
Send the elevation and the pattern file. We split the facade into panels that fit the sheet and the site, keep the pattern continuous across joints, add fixing holes or tabs where your installer needs them, and cut. Quantities from one gate to a full building facade. Coating and fabrication are arranged through our partners if you need a finished panel.

WhatsApp a DXF, PDF, photo or sketch. We reply with price and lead time the same working day.
Frequently asked
What thickness for a laser cut gate?
3 mm MS for the infill of a typical residential gate welded into a 50 × 50 mm frame. Use 4 mm for large, open patterns or industrial gates.
Can one panel cover my whole facade?
A single panel is up to 1500 × 3000 mm. Larger areas use several panels with the pattern matched across the joints and the joints hidden by the framing.
Do you install?
We cut and can arrange coating and fabrication. Installation on site is by your contractor or a partner fabricator we introduce.
How is a facade panel priced?
Per panel, based on metal, thickness and the cutting length of the pattern, plus coating. Send the elevation and pattern for a quote.
