Electrical panel builders
Enclosure doors with meter and switch cut-outs, louvres and HMI windows; gland plates with cable entry holes; mounting plates with DIN-rail slots and hole grids; busbars in copper and aluminium; earthing strips. Cut from CRCA, GI, SS or aluminium in 1.5 to 3 mm, ready for bending and powder coating. Holes and cut-outs come out exactly where the drawing puts them, so doors fit the first time.
Elevator and lift manufacturers
COP and LOP faceplates in hairline stainless, cut through the protective film with round or square button holes and display windows, then laser-engraved with floor numbers and braille outlines. Car and door panels, sill plates, brackets and bracing for hydraulic goods lifts. We cut from the plate drawing or from your existing sample.
Pump, valve and machinery makers
Flanges with bolt circles, impeller shrouds and blanks, base frames, casing parts and spacers in MS up to 16 mm. Machine frames, side covers, guards and gussets for textile, packaging and food machinery. Nitrogen-cut stainless for parts that must stay bright.
