SS jali cutting and decorative partitions
Jali panels cut from stainless steel or mild steel to your pattern, for partitions, mandir backdrops, staircase and balcony infill, and backlit feature walls. We cut it; your fabricator or ours fits it.

Jali for every space
- Room partitions between living and dining, or office cabins, in 2 to 3 mm MS or SS, usually framed in a 25 × 50 mm box section.
- Mandir jali and pooja room backdrops with Om, kalash, lotus or mandala motifs, often back-lit with a warm LED strip.
- Staircase and balcony infill panels that replace glass or MS grille with a pattern.
- Ceiling and false-ceiling screens with light cut-outs for restaurants and lobbies.
- Window and door jali for privacy with airflow.

Patterns and finishes
Bring your own pattern file from your architect or interior designer and we cut it exactly as drawn. If you do not have one, pick from classic Mughal and Rajasthani jali, Islamic geometric stars, honeycomb, leaf and vine, perforated dots, waves, or a custom motif we draw for you. We check the pattern so that bridges stay strong enough for the sheet thickness.
Finishes available through our coating partners: matte black, white or any RAL powder coat, antique gold or copper, brushed stainless, mirror polish, and gold or rose-gold PVD on stainless steel for a mandir or luxury interior.
Which metal for jali
- Stainless steel 304, 1.5 to 2 mm: rust-free, best for bathrooms, balconies, kitchens and anything near water. Takes brushed, mirror and PVD finishes.
- Mild steel, 2 to 3 mm: most economical, strong, and perfect under powder coat for indoor partitions and ceilings.
- Aluminium, 3 mm: light and rust-free for large facade or balcony panels. See facade and exterior work.
Sizes and pricing
A single panel can be up to 1500 × 3000 mm. Larger walls are made from several panels with joints hidden in the frame. Pricing depends on the sheet, the thickness and how much cutting the pattern needs: a dense mandala has far more cutting length than a simple grid. Send the pattern and wall size on WhatsApp and we quote the same day. Our price guide explains what moves the number.
WhatsApp a DXF, PDF, photo or sketch. We reply with price and lead time the same working day.
Frequently asked
Can you cut jali from my architect's design?
Yes. Send the DXF, DWG, AI or PDF. We cut it exactly as drawn after checking that every bridge in the pattern is thick enough for the sheet.
What is the best thickness for a room partition jali?
2 mm is the usual choice for MS or SS partitions up to about 2.4 m tall, framed in a box section. Go to 3 mm for very open patterns or large unsupported spans.
Do you do the frame, fitting and backlighting?
We cut the panels and can arrange framing, powder coating and installation through our fabrication partners in Odhav, or deliver the cut panels to your own fabricator.
How long does a jali order take?
Typically 3 to 7 working days for cutting and coating, depending on the finish and quantity.
